Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A 2014
1. From February 2 to October 23, 2015, with access to the Internet gambling site (F, G, H, etc.), those who charge cyber money and who have the total number of card numbers in 9 equal to that of Chapter II wired money to KRW 4,714,590,000 in total over 1,480 times in a different manner and habitually gambling.
2. From January 3, 2014 to October 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) connected the Internet gambling site (I) and charged cyber money; (b) and (c) deposited cyber money with the number of 9 equal to that of 9,000 won in a 496 manner; and (d) deposited money with the total number of 1,232,450,000 won in a 496 manner; and (b) habitually gambling.
3. A person who is not an entrusted business entity or a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or a national sports promotion corporation shall not engage in an act of offering property or property benefits to those who win the result by issuing (including issuing through an information and communications network) sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto, or gambling by using them;
From January 18, 2014 to July 17, 2015, the Defendant entered AdiJ’s website and remitted the total of KRW 254,570,000 via 338 times to charge cyber money and predicted the outcome of the sports games, such as domestic and overseas stables, deaf-gu, and air exhaustle, thereby betting and gambling in a way that he receives dividends according to the dividend rate if the result meets.
4. From December 28, 2014 to October 14, 2015, Defendant D provided a so-called private bridge game by accessing the Internet gambling site (K) and charging cyber money and sending KRW 166,120,000 in total over 473 times in a way that a person who cares alone and even himself/herself was born.
