A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for life.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as Hansen’s disease patients from around 2010, had been living with Hansen’s disease treatment in the Dondo located in the Jeonnam-gun, and the victim C (V, 61 years of age) also had been living in the Dondo as the patient with Hansen’s disease as the Defendant, and had maintained internal ties with the Defendant since 2013, and had been receiving Hansen’s disease treatment. The victim D(64 years of age) also had been living in the same village as the Defendant as Hansen’s disease patients.

Around May 2016, the Defendant, on the grounds that the victim D brought a spam to the victim C, was doubtful that the victim D and C got out of spam, and thereafter, the victim D and C got out of spam to the victim C, and the victim D got out of spam to the victim C, and began to keep a distance from the relationship with the victim C by making the victim C spam to the victim C.

Accordingly, in order to see the mind of the victim C, the Defendant talked with the victim C, such as “I do not see D, close to D, and good,” and made several talks to the effect that I live well in the future. However, at that time, the victim C responded to the purport that “I will see why I will be interfered with width, and that I will not call in the future,” and when you confirm that C and D are blick, I will murder the victims.
