Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 2012, the Defendant borrowed 2 million won with gambling funds to the victim C, and thereafter the sum of principal and interest increases to 2.65 million won, and had been urged by the victim to repay the same, the Defendant was able to kill the victim on April 24, 2012, which was repayment date.
At around 20:30 on April 24, 2012, the Defendant promised to meet with the victim in front of the Hongcheon-gun of Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, and came in advance prior to the scheduled time, and then left the victim with a stone with a large scale of drinking capacity on the street and left the said car at the lower seat of the said car.
The Defendant stated that “the Defendant shall receive money from a person in Hongcheon-gun F, Hongcheon-gun, and thus, he would have repaid the amount of damages to the victim.” The Defendant carried the victim on the said car, driving the vehicle on the same side, and dysing the place where the crime was committed.
The Defendant: (a) took a passenger car on the G road near the G on the same face as the human being, and (b) took a mobile phone call, and (c) took a stone with a stone with a predetermined stone, which was prepared in advance, on the left hand, and went from the said car, and (d) caused the victim to go off from the car, and (e) let the victim go off from the car.
