Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the defendant receives money from the victim C (53 years of age), he/she did not have any intention or ability to share profits by purchasing and selling the brain ginseng.

Nevertheless, on December 15, 2009, the Defendant received 4 million won from the victim in a coffee shop where it is impossible to know the name located in the blind distance prior to the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun Police Station on December 15, 2009 and acquired it by deceit.
