I. Summary of this case
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff was a public official of Grade VI in charge of customs clearance of imported cargo at Busan Customs Office and Saman Customs office.
B. From February 2016, the Plaintiff was investigated by the prosecutor of the Busan Regional Police Agency and the Busan District Prosecutors’ Office as the fact that the Plaintiff received money and valuables and entertainment equivalent to KRW 3,928,684 in total from the licensed customs broker B, logistics C, D, E, trader F, and G, and was ordered to suspend indictment from the prosecutor of the Busan District Prosecutors’ Office on December 27, 2016.
