The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which convicted all the facts charged of this case as to the false entry in the original of a notarial deed, the use of the original of the notarial deed, and the attempted fraud (including the part of innocence) among the facts charged of this case, and affirmed the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the charge of forging private documents and the use of the notarial document among the facts charged of this case, is justifiable. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
