The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty as to the charge of forging private documents of this case, uttering of a falsified private document of this case, false entry in the authentic copy of a notarial deed, and the charge of uttering of the authentic copy of a notarial deed for reasons as stated in its holding. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the charge of forging private documents of this case

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
