Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2013, at around 03:20 on May 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) inflicted an injury upon the victim B (the age of 54) who had drinking alcohol on the opule Park Mo-dong, Sinsan-dong, by drinking alcohol, caused the victim’s face at the victim’s face; and (b) caused the victim’s injury to the victim by drinking alcohol at several times, on the ground that the victim B (the age of 54) was under influence of alcohol.
