A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2014, around 14:15, the Defendant requested for money to Manna Victim C (Y, 54 years of age) on the street, but the victim refused to do so. However, the Defendant made the face part of the victim and the body part of the victim in drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant suffered an injury that could not know the number of days of treatment when considering the victim.
