A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2007, 207, the Defendant made a false statement that “The Defendant may purchase and sell any drug to purify contaminated water,” and introduced the false name and defective name of the drug, thereby allowing the victim to purchase one b.8 million won from the above name and then again purchased it from the above 2.9 million won as if it was a fake purification medicine, and then again, purchased it from the other name and poor person who used to treat the factory wastewater in charge of the treatment of the same amount to 2.9 million won in total, and 3 million won in total, to believe that it would have any greater benefit in the future depending on the trading volume, and then, the Defendant purchased it from the Incheon hotel to sell it to the next 7.00 billion won in total, and then, he can sell it to the next 6.7 billion won in the name of the hotel.”
