A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence1 to 3 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. In August 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a strush door, which was not corrected at the time of the victim C’s house located in Crossing-gun B around 17:30 on August 2018; and (b) laid off the 3,900 Won of the market price owned by the victim from the kimchi air conditioning station located therein; and (c) cut off the 3,900 Scrush in the market price owned by the victim.

2. 6. Around December 25, 2018, the Defendant for the theft of night buildings came to the “I community hall” located in G of Sung-gun around the night of December 25, 2018.
