On January 17, 2013, at around 00:38, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the victim E (E, South and 51 years of age) who is a high school line in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, did not pay mobile phone repair expenses; (b) expressed that the victim E (E, South and 51 years of age) was “in the calculation of tax base of Hand-phone value within the Handphone value”; and (c) assaulted the victim by her hand on the back less than the back of the victim.
