Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant married between the victim B (the age of 52) and the victim from around September 1991 to September 2012, but is currently divorced.

No one shall allow anyone to repeatedly reach another person any code, language, sound, image, or picture that arouses fear or apprehension through an information and communications network.

Nevertheless, on January 23, 2013, the Defendant sent a text message to the victim B’s cell phone (E) using the Defendant’s cell phone (D) at the Defendant’s home located in the Jeonnam-gun, and from January 23, 2013, to February 23:42, 2013, “I want to see how much it was, and women only............, at the end of the year, I would like to see.......).” On February 4, 2013, around 08:57, the Defendant sent a text message to the other party using the Defendant’s cell phone (I will am connected with the year, and will am am scambling) and sent the Defendant’s message at the end of the year 23:42, 2013 to February 04:13, 2013, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s text message to the other party, excluding the Defendant’s message 2, 3.4,5,5, and 97.7.7.
