Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2013, at around 02:30, the Defendant laid the victim C (V, 47 years of age) on the road floor in the front side of Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-do, and put the victim into the front side of the light that requires approximately 14 days medical treatment for approximately 14 days.
