Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 700,00, and by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

B is a person who was in office in the operation of Elockedbab in Jeju City D.

Defendant

A is a person who is in office as an employee of the above diving and was engaged in the fishery as a captain who is an actual owner of the F of the Jeju fishing fishing vessel F of the Jeju fishing vessel (G, 7.93 tons) from March 8, 200 to January 10, 207.

1. In order to obtain a 6th mate's license issued by the Administrator of the Busan Regional Maritime Affairs and Port Office, Defendant B conspired with Defendant A by preparing a false certificate of work experience on board as he/she was on board for 2 years as a F (7.93 tons) seafarer actually owned by Defendant A.

Around October 22, 2012, Defendant B had no fact on board the above F (7.93 tons) at the Defendant’s residence; Defendant B prepared a false “certificate of work experience” as if he/she was on board the said F (7.93 tons) from March 10, 200 to April 3, 2002; Defendant A confirmed this and affixed his/her personal seal impression on the said certificate as his/her wife’s personal seal impression.

On October 23, 2012, the Defendants submitted a false certificate of work experience on board to the Busan Regional Maritime Affairs and Port Authority and obstructed the performance of duties by the competent officer I who is a public official in charge of issuing a license of ship officer to the Busan Regional Maritime Affairs and Port Authority as data for recognition of work experience on board the sixth mate.

No qualification for serving aboard ship shall be recognized as qualified for serving aboard ship officers by fraud or other improper means (Defendant B).

Defendant

B, as of October 22, 2012, with no actual boarding as of March 10, 200, from March 10, 200 to April 3, 2002, the F is recognized as having been on board as having been on board, and applied for a 6th class mate’s license to the Jeju Maritime Affairs and Port Authority on the 23th day of that month.

Therefore, the defendant B's 6th mate's license in the name of the head of Busan Maritime Affairs and Port Office (J) on October 25, 2012.
