Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 가정주부이고, B, C, D, E는 부동산 투기지역에서 중개 수수료를 받고 주택 분양권을 중개 또는 전매를 알선하거나, 당첨 확률이 높은 타인의 주택 청약 통장을 매입하여 분양권을 당첨 받은 후 높은 가격에 이를 전매하여 수익을 얻는 속칭 ‘ 떴다 방 ’으로 활동하는 자이다.

No one shall transfer, take over, or arrange for the transfer or acquisition of, a resident savings certificate, etc. in order to acquire or have a house constructed and supplied under the Housing Act, or receive or have a house supplied under the Housing Act by fraudulent or other unlawful means, but the defendant was aware of the fact that he/she received money from the above D and E, and received money from the occupant savings certificate, etc., and received money from the occupant, etc., and received false points to receive apartment sales.

On March 2015, at the house of D located in the Dong-gu, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, the Defendant transferred to the above D and E a certified copy of his husband G resident registration, etc. of the Defendant and the Defendant’s husband G, a resident savings certificate, etc., a deposit account in the name of the Defendant, and a savings account passbook in the name of the Defendant’s husband G (CF), KRW 4 million.

On May 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the Defendant’s office located in Ulsan-guJ on May 7, 2015 with a false number of dependent family members by using a computer; and (b) applied for an offer and received K apartment 804 and 2402.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above E, transferred a savings certificate to acquire or have a house constructed and supplied pursuant to the Housing Act, and received a certificate, status or housing constructed and supplied pursuant to the Housing Act by false or other unlawful means.
