Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2015, at around 03:20, the Defendant: (a) 03:20, the victim C (the 35-year-old) living together (the 35-year-old) of Busan Shipping Daegu B apartment 103 Do 205 (the 35-year-old) took a knife knife, which is a dangerous object in the kitchen; and (b) sounded that “the kills and the kills would die...................” the victim entering the inner wall of the knife would have set up the knife door and set up the knife door with the knife knife knife
