Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 25, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment and 100,000 won of fine for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Seoul Central District Court. On July 24, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and completed the execution of the sentence on February 2, 2010.
In addition, on October 11, 1985, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on March 17, 2004, and one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on October 27, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 25, 2012. On December 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million by the Seoul Central District Court on March 27, 201.
