A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Suwon District Court’s Sungnam Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jinju Prison on May 22, 2013. On November 18, 2013, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on December 13, 2013, and became final and conclusive on December 13, 2013, the Defendant committed the following crimes under the status that the Defendant committed the following crimes under the status that he/she lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental division:

1. Larceny;

A. From October 20, 2013 to around 09:00 on October 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the door of the victim’s Erocketing 3 car owned by the victim D was not locked at a simple parking lot located in Sungnam-si C during the period from around 11:00 on the same day; and (b) used a auxiliary key kept in the vehicle and stolen it.

B. From October 13, 2013 to 14:30 on the same day, the Defendant discovered that the key to the Defendant’s HABD car owned by the Victim G was parked in front of the two parking lots of the wife population F of the building F of the 14:30 on the same day, and used the vehicle at the start, and stolen it by driving.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. The Defendant, without obtaining a license for a rocketing car, driven the said rocketing car without a driver’s license from the date and time of paragraph (a) above, and from the place to the place to the road before the 218-2nd of the Masan-ri 218-2 at the port of the wife population.

B. The Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said HJD car without a driver’s license from the date and place of the said paragraph 1(b) to the front road of the 18-26 U.S. Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
