Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2016, at around 01:17, the Defendant driven a rocketing car with approximately 500 meters alcohol content 0.232% under the influence of alcohol on the road of the string in the Gu-Eup at Jeju to the front of the CU convenience located in the same Ri.
