A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 1966"

1. On May 4, 2017, at around 01:10, the Defendant, who intrudes upon a residence, entered a “D” store located in Jeju, with drinking alcohol, and going to the dwelling room located in the strings through the strings box box with a view to drinking alcohol, thereby undermining the peace of dwelling of customers, such as victims E (V, 29 years of age).

2. The performance obscenity, as indicated in Paragraph 1 above, openly obscenity was committed by an unspecified number of people by openly exposing the upper, lower, and inner clothes in the string of the strings, and intending to enter the string to their respective guest rooms by exposing a sexual organ.

On December 20, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at Jeju District Court on December 20, 2012, and a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime at the same court on January 7, 2014.

On August 10, 2017, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a vehicle with approximately KRW 70 meters off from the front side of the “Nintong Man Man Man Man Man Man Man 22” located in the 2-lane 22 of the Gu-Eup in Jeju-si without a driver’s license, to the front side of the road in front of the Gu-Eup Man Man Man Man Man Man Man Man Man Man.

As a result, the defendant has been driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol without a driver's license even though he has violated the prohibition of driving at least twice.

"2017 Highest 2976"

1. On August 8, 2017, around 01:30, the Defendant operated a car owned by the victim without obtaining the consent of the victim from the first floor parking lot of the apartment that was located in the Gu-ro 70 on the Jeju-si, and from around 100 meters to the front road of the apartment that was located in the said city.

2. A defendant who violates the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) shall front the apartment house in front of it on the road that is located in 70 Gu roads at the time of Jeju-do around the day specified in paragraph (1).
