Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while actually operating a limited liability company D in Jeonan-gun C, has built, processed and sold fishery products, such as salt farms, etc.

1. No person who violates the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the place of origin;

From January 10, 2014 to June 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased the rice basin collected from the YYY-gun’s coast from the YY-gun to the YY-gun from the 565th day of YY-gun to build it at the factory of the limited company D; and (b) processed it into the Y-gun by building it at the factory of the Y-gun; (c) on March 15, 2014, with the indication of origin in a false manner, sold KRW 100 boxes in the Y-gun, U.S. to the “F” located in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, from the time to November 30, 2014; and (d) sold KRW 11,535k boxes in the 15,5300,000,000 won in the 111st time as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

2. Any person who intends to draw in or discharge water from any public waters in violation of the Public Waters Management and Reclamation Act shall obtain permission to occupy or use public waters from the management agency of public waters as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, from February 2, 2011 to February 26, 2015, the Defendant operated a offshore processing plant of a limited liability company D, a company located in Newannam-gun C, with no permission, installed underwater pumps (1ma) and pipes (50cm in diameter) in neighboring public waters located 50 meters away from the above plant, and used it for the purpose of washing salt farms by drawing seawater into seawater.

Accordingly, the defendant occupied or used public waters without obtaining permission for occupation or use of public waters.
