Punishment of the crime

In addition, the Defendant released the victim from around October 8, 2015 to January 8, 2016 in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes as shown in the attached list of crimes (Provided, That the temporary column No. 2 per annum from October 12, 2015 to October 16, 2015, the date and time column No. 4 per year from October 26, 2015 to October 29, 2015, and acquired property or pecuniary benefits from the victim by deceiving him/her in total at least 60,080,000.
