1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won and a fine of 300,000 won, respectively.

2. The above fine is imposed on the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A (ma, 44 years old), Defendant B (n, 50 years old) is the president of the Seoul Branch of the company in Daejeon Jung-gu.

F(F) is a member of the Seoul Company's Seoul Branch as the Seoul Interrogateian Company.

G (Nam, 36 years old) is the co-living of J (J, the head of the headquarters of the Daejeon Daejeon Branch, as the representative, 45 years old) in Daejeon-gu H.

K (Nam, 21) is the staff of the Daejeon Branch of the Company, who shall be J.

L(Nam, 27 years old) is the head of the Daejeon branch office of the company E.S.

1. On August 28, 2014, Defendant A: (a) around 19:00, on the street in front of the Jung-gu Daejeon M apartment; and (b) 32 persons, including himself and E company members, on the ground that he/she found the N Bus in front of the J’s dwelling place and took a kicket when he/she conducted a single-person demonstration, Defendant A used the N Bus in order to resist the embezzlement case of the J’s head of the funeral business division; and (c) used the G K and L’s body to attack it.

2. Defendant B, who joined A, assaulted his arms in order to take the Kameras cited by G, and assaulted his body by cutting off his arms.

Therefore, the Defendants, in collaboration with the F, committed the injury to G, such as “multi-chlorates and tensions,” which requires medical treatment for 28 days, and the injury to K, including “multi-chlorates and tensions,” which requires medical treatment for 21 days, respectively, and the Defendant A, in collaboration with F, committed the injury to L, including “multi-chlorates and tensions,” which requires medical treatment for 21 days.
