Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 8647"

1. On December 8, 2015, at around 00:55, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at the “C” cartoon room of the Busan Jin-gu B, Busan Pin-gu; (b) opened the door, and intruded into the door; and (c) stolen KRW 180,000 in cash owned by the victim D, which had been located in the Kinter’s depository.

From June 2015 to October 2015, the Defendant: “C” operated by the victim D in Busan Jin-gu B and the second floor; on November 2015, the Defendant worked at the main point of “I shop” operated by the victim D in Busan J, and on November 2015, the Defendant was in charge of the overall sales of the store, including employees, clients, and funds.

5. The Defendant, from July 1, 2015 to August 1, 2015, suffered from cash 47,600 won generated from the business sales of “C” restaurant from the above “C” restaurant.
