A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 13, 2019, around October 13, 2019, the Defendant carried 231,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, and was kept in a safe that was opened by the victim C in the wife population B, and that was not corrected due to intrusion upon the door, around 12:05 on October 13, 2019.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on the room possessed by the victim and stolen the victim's property.

2. On January 20, 2020, the Defendant thefted 350,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim F, who had been kept in the west on his book, using any cresh in the G office operated by the victim F in the wife E at the early 06:40 on January 1, 2020.

3. On January 24, 2020, around January 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a closed door at the J Office operated by the victim I in the wife H and the third floor in the Man-si Man-si Man-si; and (b) intruded into the door and opened up the door, and had a safe with no knowledge of the market price of 50,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession, which had been kept in the face on the face; and (c) maintained a gallon road and a one cellular phone of 2,000 won in cash.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the structure managed by the victim and stolen the victim's property.

4. On June 20, 2020, at around 12:10 on June 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat plate in the vicinity of L/C in the wife population K and had the e-mail card in Korea, which is the owner of the victim N. who was kept in the bank; (b) continued to open a driver’s seat card in Korea, which was owned by the victim N.; and (c) continued to be opened a driver’s seat card in Korea, which was not corrected by the PP owned by the victim; and (d) stolen the victims’ property.

5. The Defendant, who violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, was in violation of Q of the wife population around 18:08 on June 20, 202.
