1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant’s insurance contract 1) The Plaintiff, an insurance company, is the Defendant and the insured, who are the father of C on September 28, 2016, as the Plaintiff and the Defendant C (DB hereinafter “insured”).

(3) In the event that the beneficiary of death is a legal heir and other beneficiary, the E Insurance Contract (hereinafter “instant Insurance Contract”).

The insurance contract of this case was concluded. The specific contents of the insurance contract of this case are as shown in the attached Form (2). The contents of the insurance contract of this case relating to this case among the coverage of the insurance contract of this case are as follows. The subscription amount of not less than 3% but less than 80% but less than 3% but less than 3% but less than 80% of the basic contract of the coverage of the subscription amount (the injury after injury). The subscription amount of the insurance contract of this case is accompanied by the general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "ordinary terms and conditions") and the special terms and conditions.

The contents of the part related to this case among the common terms and conditions and the part related to this case among the special terms and conditions that guarantee 1-7. Injury and after-injury (at least 20%), one of the special terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "special terms and conditions"), are as shown in attached Form 3.

3) Of the terms and conditions attached to the instant insurance contract, the disability classification table [Attachment 1] attached to the instant insurance contract (hereinafter “ disability classification table”).

The contents of the part related to this case are as shown in attached Form 4. 4) The contents of the daily basic action (ADLs) limit evaluation table attached to the above disability classification table are as listed in attached Form 5.

B. At around 15:00 on August 16, 2017, the insured was found to be locked and was sent back to H Hospital on the same day as the 16:30 day after he/she was found to be locked down to the ward sloping-gun G of the Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, the house of the outer steering department, and was cut down. (hereinafter “instant accident”).
