Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 8, 2013, the Defendant driven a 1km section from the rocks parking lot located in the city of Kimpo-si to Kimpo-si, the Eup located in the city of Kimpo-si to Kimpo-si without the driver’s license. From around 21:00 on April 21, 2013, the Defendant driven a son car with Category B without the driver’s license.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of BAD vehicle. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as Paragraph 1, operated the said vehicle at a certain time and at the same place as that of paragraph 1, and, at the same time, is driving from the west-gu, the west-gu, the west-gu, the west-gu, the west-gu, at the time, was a road at the time, and the vehicle parked around the intersection due to the vehicle parked in the vicinity of the house on the backway. Defendant 1 caused injury to the victim, such as “Mise Dume Dume,” which requires four weeks’ treatment due to such occupational negligence.
