A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, and by imprisonment for six months.
However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a member of the Thailand who entered the Republic of Korea under the status of stay exempt from visa (B-1) on February 27, 2014, and Defendant B is a person who reported marriage with the said A on February 2, 2015, and Defendant C is a person who operated the “F” place of business in macrosition E.
1. Any person who violates the Immigration Control Act and the Employment Security Act shall not arrange or recommend the employment of foreigners who do not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities, and any person who intends to conduct fee-charging job placement services shall register with the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction
Nevertheless, on May 2014, the Defendants conspired to arrange for the domestic marina business and to receive the introduction fee from the female women who do not have the status of sojourn that is not registered with the competent authorities in the E-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S
Accordingly, Defendants B, C, and C, without registering with the competent authority on June 25, 2014, proposed that they employ a female marina branch office in the Thailand in return for the introduction fee of 300,000 won at the business place "Tama branch office" in Busan Metropolitan City, Busan, the transportation of the city of Busan. Defendant A recruited G (one name "H") with the right to engage in domestic job-seeking activities using PP, thereby employed in the above "T branch office". Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C, as indicated in the attached Table I-4, 6-8, from around June 25, 2014 to July 2, 2014; Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant B, from around July 15, 2014 to around July 25, 2014, introduced the aforementioned expenses to the Mata branch office in return for the introduction fee of KRW 300,000,0000,000 from July 25, 2014.
Accordingly, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C are as shown in collusion 1-4, 6-8 each year of crime sight table I.
