A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2019, at around 06:55, the Defendant reported 112 on the road in front of the studio B of the racing and police station, “I am spawal without finding any rejection in a separate place at home,” and sent out from D’s patrolmen affiliated with the police box of the racing and police station, the Defendant was able to check up the Defendant’s spawal while bringing about a brue to E who is on a separate place.
