Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on November 24, 2013, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the police officer’s lawful performance of duties by putting D’s flaps, and obstructing the police officer’s lawful performance of duties by putting D’s flaps, with his left hand, when she was sent to the site after receiving a report of a disturbance under the influence of alcohol at a drinking room located in a kitchen; (c) the police box belonging to the racing and Police Station C police box, which was sent to the site by stopping the Defendant; and (d) said D’s flaps, which read, “I am. I am. I am. I am.”
