A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2015, at around 05:30 on February 3, 2015, the Defendant, along with C and D, conspired to steal stolen articles, and prepared bags, cutting machines, and drones, which are necessary for the theft of articles from C’s house, and boarded onto D sirens.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C and D.
