Punishment of the crime

[Attachment] The employees of the Republic of Korea, in the name of the Republic of Korea, took part in the Defendant’s job offer advertisement at the Internet site around May 2016, in the Defendant: (a) took part in the Defendant’s act as “the loan team leader,” and (b) took part in the Defendant’s act as a “loan Team,” which received money from an unspecified number of victims in Korea, by misrepresenting the employees of financial institutions, etc.; (c) an account opened in another person’s name to receive money transfer; and (d) taking part in the Defendant’s act as a “on-site team,” which collected the above passbook from the victims in cash; and (e) took part in the Defendant’s act as “the loan team leader,” and (e) took part in the Defendant’s act as “the loan team leader,” and (e) took part in the Defendant’s act as a “on-site,” and (e) took part in the Defendant’s act as a member of the loan team directly with the victims.

[2] On October 13, 2016, the Defendant, on the name of the criminal facts, received KRW 5 million from the victim to the new bank account (Account Number K) account in the name of J on October 14, 2016, and acquired KRW 277,7630,00 in total on 27 occasions, including the statement in the list of crimes, from the date of receipt of remittance of KRW 5 million from the victim, to January 11, 2017.
