Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On July 2, 2012, Defendant A sentenced three years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at Jeju District Court on April 15, 2015. Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at Jeju District Court on July 26, 2013 and completed the enforcement of the sentence at Jeju Prison on December 5, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On May 10, 2015, at around 21:37, Defendant B: (a) reported the network outside the temple in front of tin-ro 10-gil 23, Jeju, and the Defendant A did not find any son by inserting the fence with the door door attached to the tin-gate, and then by cutting off the door door of the tin-gate into the tin-gate, and then without finding any rashing objects by internal-fluoring the lock, and did not find any stolen objects by the same method; (b) continuously intruded into the tin, but did not find any stolen objects; and (c) continuously separated the glass door of the tin-gate of the same temple from the glass door of the same temple, and then stolen them with a total of KRW 53,00 won owned by the tin-made and a total of KRW 150,00.

B.
