[2016 고단 642] 피고인은 2016. 7. 2. 12:37 경 진주시 C 건물에 있는 피해자 D이 운영하는 귀금속 상점인 ‘E ’에서, 목걸이를 구입할 것처럼 행세하며 피해자에게 목걸이를 보여 달라고 요청하여 피해 자로부터 순금 목걸이 6개 (10 돈쭝 5개, 15돈쭝 1개), 금 도금된 은 목걸이 1개 (15 돈쭝) 등 시가 합계 약 1,320만 원 상당의 목걸이 총 7개를 건네받아 가지고 있던 중 피해자의 감시가 소홀한 틈을 이용해 위 목걸이 7개를 들고 가 이를 절취하였다.
