A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

In a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to impulse control disorder,

1. Crimes April 2012;

A. A. At around 13:10 on April 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a closed bus stop in the Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, Seocheon-dong bus stops; (b) cut off one resident registration certificate, one driver’s license, one Samsung (E); (c) Han Han-gu, a physical check in the new bank (F); and (c) one junopon smartphone in the market value equivalent to KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000, in front of the bus stops in the Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon.

B. At around 18:00 on April 11, 2012, the Defendant found the victim I’s wall under the control of the bench value in front of the apartment house of the Song dong-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City, and acquired a new card (J) and foreign exchange card (K).

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

C. (1) On April 9, 2012, the Defendant purchased a 111,200,000,000 won, from Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu L, Incheon, with a new card (F) in the above name. Accordingly, the Defendant used a stolen credit card. (2) On April 9, 2012, the Defendant purchased one set of KRW 231,00 in the market price from Dong-gu Incheon, Incheon, and settled the price with a new card (F) in the above C’s name.

Accordingly, the Defendant used stolen credit cards.

3) On April 9, 2012, the Defendant purchased 20,000 won in total from N in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, Incheon, and paid the purchase price of 42,00 won in the above C’s new card (F) under the name of said C.

Accordingly, the defendant was stolen.
