A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of two thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a clan member of the F clan, who is the owner of Ansan-si C, D, and E.

The Defendant was engaged in construction for the creation of a rural experience center and camping site in G in the event that the above land and the neighboring area are safe.

Any person who intends to construct buildings or change the form and quality of land in violation of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act shall obtain permission from the Mayor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission for development activities, performed development activities such as building site creation and installing containers in Ansan-si C, D, E, and G from the early August 2012 to October 2012.

(b) Any person who intends to convert a mountainous district into a mountainous district in violation of the Mountainous Districts Management Act shall designate its use and obtain permission from the Administrator of the Forestry Administration;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not obtain permission for mountainous district conversion (consultation) from 9,953 square meters of forest land 201,161 square meters in the above date and time C, and performed the above development activities, the Defendant changed the form and quality of land and converted the use of mountainous district by installing containers.

(c) No one shall change the form and quality of land within a forest protection zone in violation of forest protection zone without obtaining permission or filing a report as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry for Food, Agriculture

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not obtain permission in the above date and time C, and changed the form and quality of the land while doing the above development activities.

A person who intends to construct or repair a building in violation of the Building Act shall obtain permission from a Special Self-Governing Province Governor or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu or file a report.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not report to the Ansan City Mayor, but installed 9 containers with a total floor area of 185,9 square meters in the agricultural and forest areas of the above date and time C, E, and D.
