Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving a B-to-purd vehicle.

On November 18, 2018, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.170%, and led the Defendant to the “Fjuk” store E located in the “D” commercial parking lot located in Speaker-si C.

On the rear side, there was a vehicle parked along the side road, so there was a duty of care to prevent the accident caused by the safe driving of the vehicle, such as the operation of the steering direction well while under the influence of alcohol, and the operation of the steering and brakes accurately.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and was parked in the front of the said “Fju shop” due to negligence, as seen above, and received the left-hand side part of the victim G(26 years of age) who was parked in the front of the said “Fju shop” as the back-hand part of the said passenger vehicle driven by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s car by occupational negligence so that the repair cost can not be determined.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B.

After the date and time stated in paragraph (1) above, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.170% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.170%, and moved it to the “D” commercial parking lot located in C on the front of the “Fju store” located in E at the time of the Speaker-si, and brought back again to the “Fju store.”

On the rear side, there are pedestrians, regardless of the accident awareness as described in the above Paragraph 1, and thus safety such as the operation of the vehicle's driver is safe by accurately operating the steering and operation of the steering gear by making it possible for those engaged in driving business to live well while under the influence of alcohol.
