Punishment of the crime

In order to import non-pharmaceutical drugs, etc., the Minister of Food and Drug Safety shall report on the import business and obtain permission for each item, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister, and no person shall sell, store or display for sales purposes any non-pharmaceutical drugs imported without obtaining permission therefor from the Minister of Food and Drug Safety pursuant to Article 42 (1) of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.
