A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

The evidence seized shall be forfeited from the criminal defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended sentence for assault, etc. in Busan District Court, and was sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. in Busan District Court on June 15, 2010, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 30, 201, and the suspended sentence became null and void, and the execution of each of the above sentence was completed in Gwangju Prison on October 7, 201.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant received from the hospital room located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, 2013, the Mepopic quantity of psychotropic drugs from the Mepopic Mepopic Mepopic Mepopic Mepopic Mepopic Mepopic Mepopic Mepopic Mepopic Mepopic

2. On June 6, 2013, around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.03 grams in a single-use philopon into a second-class empty shop located in Seo-gu, Busan; and (b) melted into water and delivered them to F’s arms.

3. At around 01:00 on June 8, 2013, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 grams in a one-time injection machine at the same place as above 2.2.

4. At around 06:00 on June 9, 2013, the Defendant issued approximately 0.03 grams to F, at the same place as above 2.2.

5. On July 2, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 grams at the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu in a single-use injection machine, melting in water with the water, and administered them for the arms in the following arms.

6. At around 15:20 on July 3, 2013, the Defendant stored 0.09g of philophones in a mobile phone case in the front line of the Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si.
