On October 8, 2014, at around 00:12, the Defendant driven a C Trate car with approximately two meters of alcohol level 0.140% under the influence of alcohol level 0.140% in a simplified station market path located in the Yangpo-si Yangpo-si Yangpo-si, Yangpo-si, Gyeonggi-do.
