Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person driving B automobiles;
On June 6, 2013, at around 00:50, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.189% with a difficulty in driving normally, and, at the same time, the Defendant had a duty of care to prevent accidents by driving the said vehicle on the road near 273-55, Seongdong-gu Seoul, which is the place where the accident occurred, toward the sexual traffic distance from the side of the sexual zone, and the person driving the vehicle to the place where the signal lights and crosswalks are installed.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this while under the influence of alcohol and stopped as a signal atmosphere at one-lane, caused the victim F and G to have the part of the victim H driver's H driver's Ha where the victim F and G were under the influence of alcohol due to being driven by the victim E-cab and the part of the victim H driver's Ha where the victim F and G were under the influence of traffic, and the victim Ha were under the influence of traffic.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim D, H, F, and G due to the above negligence, such as cerebral finites, which need to be treated for about two weeks, and suffered injury to C such as c incinites, which require approximately three weeks of treatment.
2. Around 00:50 on June 6, 2013, the Defendant driven a B-car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.189% from the 1km section from the 1km to the date, time, and place under the above “1” on the part of Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
