A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is engaged in the operation of Crocketing rental cars.

On May 24, 2012, the Defendant driven the above car at around 22:20 on May 24, 2012, and led to the driving of the above car in front of the shooting distance of the 375-1 U.S. Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si to the view of the general sports area from the Myeonpo Airport to about 40km.

At the same time, the repair cost, such as exchanging the victim’s Eststy vehicle owned by the victim D, was 6,537,410 won, and the repair cost, such as exchanging the victim’s Grostr vehicle owned by the victim F, was 1,784,310 won, and the repair cost was 1,78,00 won, such as the back spread exchange of the victim’s Grost vehicle, even though it was damaged to each level.

2. The Defendant continued to drive the said car at the above temporary border, and went to the left left at the right-hand turn from the above shooting distance to the right-hand turn.
