Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2013, at around 23:23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) asked the victim C, who is a taxi engineer, at the front of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to change the taxi rate of 26,860 won; and (b) assaulted the victim’s finger by asking him about four times his fingers.
