Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

After reporting marriage with B on May 6, 1998, the Defendant gave birth to C between B and B on December 9, 1998.

On October 18, 2001, the Seoul Family Court rendered a judgment to the effect that “two persons shall be divorced and determined in B by the parental authority of two children C,” and the above judgment was finalized on January 11, 2001.

In addition, the Defendant, according to Seoul Family Court Decision 201 Manman 4525 decided on February 28, 2017, was limited to the visitation negotiation right with respect to ASEAN by February 28, 2017, and was able to be punished for having the fluencies and B.

Accordingly, around July 26, 2014, the defendant prepared a false complaint against B with the aim of having B receive criminal punishment, at the public service center of the Seoul Southern-gu Police Station located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and at having B receive criminal punishment.

The complaint states that "the defendant's complainant abused I from around 2000, so that he/she could investigate and punish I, and there was no victim's abuse of C.

Nevertheless, around July 26, 2014, the Defendant submitted the above written complaint to police officers belonging to the Seoul Southern-gu Police Station and brought the above written complaint to B.
