Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On July 14, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Seoul Northern District Court for interference with the execution of official duties, and completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison on January 8, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1. On January 26, 2017, at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 22:07, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the Defendant, with his or her daily name unfolded women; (b) took a meal and so on; (c) 22:57 on the same day when he or she went home and gets mixed, he or she continuously took part in the Seoul Police Station’s nudic exhibition-related contents, such as “Chewing, gring,” during viewing through television, and the Defendant continued to take part in his or her lab, and (d) he or she did not stop taking a bath to the effect that he or she would not drink, and even if he or she did so, he or she failed to take part in his or her lab, he or she did so on the same day; (b) 22:59 on the same day; (c) 23:03 on the same day; (d) on the same day, 23:08 of his or la.
The victim interfered with the restaurant business of the victim by force from 22:57 to 23:22 the same day on the same day by avoiding disturbance, such as Chewing gue, etc.
2. On January 26, 2017, at around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) controlled the Defendant’s business obstruction on the road in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu (I); (b) received a separate report 112; and (c) obstructed the operation of the patrol vehicle in front of the 32 patrol vehicle driven by the police commander of the Seoul East-gu Seoul East-gu Police Station G police station who tried to provide a internship on the one-lane on the said road; and (d) demanded the Defendant to stop the operation of the patrol vehicle; and (e) in response, the victim K, who was accompanied by the said patrol vehicle, did not comply with this demand; (b) the victim K was on the part of the patrol vehicle, who was on the part of the Defendant.
