1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. Defendant A
A. A. The Defendant: (a) around 07:20 on July 11, 2016, the Defendant opened a thief’s office door in Sanyang-gu, Sanyang-si, a temporary protective shelter, “E” and opened a thief’s check owned by the victim F, which was located on his/her book, at least 100,000 won, and one thief’s resident registration certificate owned by the victim and one thief’s resident registration certificate of KRW 10,000,000 at the market price of the victim’s G, and one thalf’s thalf’s juf’s juf’s 20,000,000 won at the market price of the victim’s G.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
