Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 3, 2014. On February 12, 2015, the same court sentenced eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud and completed the execution of the sentence on March 29, 2015.

On July 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 00:30 on July 20, 2015, at “E (E)” at the victim D located in Busan Y-gu, Busan Y-gu, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol as if he would pay the drinking value without molding the drinking value; and (b) obtained a total of KRW 220,000,000 from the victim and acquired it by deception.
