1. The Defendant’s KRW 2,494,617 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from December 10, 2019 to October 27, 2020.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 31, 2008, C concluded, with the Plaintiff and the insured as C, insurance contracts for D goods with the insurance premium of KRW 73,790 each time (hereinafter “D insurance contracts”) and ② insurance contracts for “E” goods with the insurance premium of KRW 32,000 each time (hereinafter “E insurance contracts”) in combination with D insurance contracts.

The main contents of each insurance contract of this case are as follows.

50% of the subscription amount at the time of hospitalization for at least 31 days due to disease of 30,000 won (in the case of hospitalization for at least 30,000 won). Additional 10% of the subscription amount at the time of hospitalization for at least 91 days. Additional 100% of the subscription amount at the time of hospitalization for at least 121 days. Additional 20% of the subscription amount at the time of hospitalization for at least 181 days shall be 1,00,000 (at least one day), the subscription amount per day (at least 180, 300,000 won) at the time of hospitalization for at least 30,000 won (at least 30,000 won) at the time of hospitalization for disease of 30,000 won (at least 3,000,000 won) at the time of hospitalization for at least 30,000 won per day (at least 30,000,0000 won per day).
