A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and C (Co-defendant prior to separation) are those who have worked for a ship at the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government D Apartment Construction Site.

1. On December 3, 2014, from around 22:00 to 0:35 of the following day, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties: (a) from the main point of “G” located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City F, which is operated by the Victim E (hereinafter referred to as “C”); (b) while drinking alcoholic beverages, he/she saw him/her to do so; (c) the Defendant continued to sit on the side of the victim; and (d) upon the other customer’s request of the victim, C expressed his/her desire to “I am dead if I do so, I want to do so; and (c) the Defendant, “I am you want to do so, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am am, I am am, I am am hick, I am am me will do so.”

2. At the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) knife the victim E’s knife, knife the Defendant’s knife the Defendant’s seat; (b) knife the victim’s knife several times by hand; and (c) knife the victim’s knife the victim’s knife’s knife, “it is reasonable that the female would drink at the drinking house; (d) knife the victim’s knife; and (e) knife the victim’s knife.
